Have your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase or as provided by the reporting agent.

For credit card or swift payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement or depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
